Interior Designer

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• Produce high\-quality, accurate, and clear interior construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings for custom elements like cabinetry, fixtures, and furniture.
• Develop millwork drawings, furniture layouts, lighting plans, and specialized details to communicate complex design ideas.
• Coordinate material specifications and finishes, ensuring compatibility with design standards and project specifications.
• Create and maintain technical drawings, CAD files, 3D models, and BIM (Building Information Modeling) files.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive documentation for the construction team, including shop drawings, assembly instructions, and installation guidelines.
• Ensure that drawings meet industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to refine and implement design details.
• Attend project meetings to discuss design intent, resolve technical challenges, and ensure all aspects of the design are integrated seamlessly.
• Ensure that drawings are updated and maintained throughout the lifecycle of the project, reflecting changes and revisions as necessary.
• Review and check drawings for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design standards before submission.
• Ensure that all details are clear, constructible, and cost\-effective.
• Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to ensure designs are accurately interpreted and executed.
• Present detailed design drawings to clients and stakeholders for approval.
• Respond to client feedback and make necessary revisions to drawings.
• Provide clients with clear visual representations of design ideas using detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and other design communication tools.
• Assist in developing project timelines and milestones, ensuring that drawings and design documents are completed on schedule.
• Support project managers in coordinating project logistics, materials procurement, and installations.

• *Qualifications \& Requirements:**

• 2 to 5 years’ experience in similar field.
• Diploma Interior Designing (with a focus on creating detailed construction drawings).
• Prior experience working in D\&B Interior fit out companies required.
• Must have worked in Commercial Corporate Offices.
• Software skills include AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, MS Office.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
