Interior project manager

• *Trident Design And Contract** is looking for an experienced **Interior Project Manager** with **10\+ years of experience** in interior fit\-out and construction project management. The candidate will be responsible for leading end\-to\-end project execution, ensuring timely completion, maintaining quality standards, managing budgets and coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead complete execution of interior fit\-out projects from planning to handover
• Manage multiple interior construction projects while ensuring timely delivery within budget
• Study and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings independently
• Supervise site execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams
• Prepare and verify BOQs, billing, project schedules, and progress reports
• Monitor project timelines, manpower, material planning, and site productivity
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and company procedures
• Resolve technical and execution\-related issues during project implementation
• Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings
• Maintain project documentation and provide timely updates to management

• *Required Qualifications:**

• **B.Arch / B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) or Architecture**
• **Minimum 10 years of experience** in interior fit\-out project execution and project management
• Experience in **airport, hospitality (Hotel/Restaurant), commercial, corporate, or high\-end interior projects** is preferred

• *Preferred Candidate Profile:**

• Proven ability to independently manage large\-scale interior projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent planning, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities
• Willingness to travel to project sites across India

Pay: ₹125,000\.00 \- ₹200,000\.00 per month
