Interior Site Supervisor

• Supervise daily site execution of interior fit\-out works including civil, carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and company quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the planned schedule.
• Plan and allocate manpower effectively for smooth site operations.
• Inspect workmanship and maintain high\-quality finishing standards.
• Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to the Project Manager.
• Monitor material requirements, stock availability, and coordinate timely procurement.
• Verify measurements and maintain records for billing and project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and statutory compliance.
• Identify site issues and resolve them proactively to avoid project delays.
• Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Coordinate project handover, snag rectification, and final completion.

Pay: ₹10,089\.20 \- ₹30,424\.05 per month
