We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented **Project Coordinator / Interior Procurement \& Merchandising Manager** to join our team for a prestigious hospitality interior project.
The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between designers, manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and the site execution team to ensure smooth coordination, timely procurement, quality control, and successful project delivery.
This is a highly dynamic role that requires frequent travel, strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a good understanding of interior materials and execution processes.
- *Procurement \& Vendor Coordination**
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, fabricators, and vendors for material sourcing and procurement.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor purchase orders, production schedules, and dispatch timelines.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Coordinate between designers, architects, project managers, supervisors, and vendors.
- Track project schedules and ensure procurement aligns with execution timelines.
- Follow up on approvals, samples, mock\-ups, and material selections.
- Facilitate communication among all stakeholders to avoid delays and bottlenecks.
- Possess a strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, fabrics, laminates, veneers, hardware, lighting, and décor elements.
- Verify material specifications and ensure compliance with approved samples.
- Monitor quality standards and resolve material\-related issues.
- Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with supervisory teams.
- Ensure materials reach the site on schedule.
- Track installation progress and address procurement\-related challenges.
- Assist in resolving execution and logistical issues.
- *Documentation \& Reporting**
- Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, vendor databases, and project trackers.
- Prepare progress reports and update management regularly.
- Monitor project budgets related to procurement activities.
- *Desired Skills \& Qualifications**
- Good understanding of interior fit\-out materials and finishes.
- Familiarity with hospitality, residential, or commercial interior projects.
- Ability to read drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material schedules.
- *Communication \& Coordination**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

- Experience handling large\-scale interior projects will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in hospitality projects, hotels, resorts, or premium residential interiors is preferred.
