About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail\-oriented **Recruitment Intern** to join our HR team. In this role, you will get hands\-on experience across the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to candidate engagement and operational reporting.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Sourcing \& Pipeline Building:** Actively source potential talent via LinkedIn, job portals, and social media channels.
• **Screening \& Shortlisting:** Review resumes against client requirements and conduct initial HR screening calls.
• **Interview Coordination:** Schedule and manage interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
• **Recruitment Operations:** Maintain candidate databases, update tracking sheets, and assist with daily HR documentation and reporting.
• **Employer Branding \& Posting:** Assist in drafting engaging job descriptions and broadcasting vacancies across platforms.
• **Candidate Experience:** Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely follow\-ups and a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications \& Eligibility

• **Education:** Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (**MBA in HR** or **BBA** preferred).
• **Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills with solid interpersonal abilities.
• **Tech Savvy:** Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• **Traits:** Self\-motivated, highly organized, and eager to build a career in Human Resources.
