Job Summary

We are looking for a detail\-oriented Internal Accounts Executive with 3–5 years of experience in day\-to\-day accounting activities, Tally operations, accounting entries, and financial record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day\-to\-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain accounts and financial records using Tally / Tally ERP.
• Perform Tally entries, journal entries, and ledger postings.
• Handle purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Assist in GST\-related entries, basic tax compliance, and documentation.
• Maintain proper records of expenses and transactions.
• Support monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally ERP.
• Hands\-on experience in accounting entries and ledger postings.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with practical experience in internal accounting operations.
• Candidates who can independently handle routine accounting activities.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
