Internal Audit - Pune

We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit professional with hands\-on exposure to process audits and Internal Financial Controls (IFC). The candidate will be responsible for evaluating business processes, assessing risks, reviewing internal controls, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct process audits across business functions, including finance, procurement, sales, inventory, and operations.
• Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of Internal Financial Controls (IFC).
• Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and compliance risks.
• Prepare audit programs, process flowcharts, and risk\-control matrices (RCMs).
• Perform walkthroughs, test controls, and document audit findings with supporting evidence.
• Assess compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Prepare audit reports with practical recommendations and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with process owners to discuss observations and monitor implementation of audit recommendations.
• Support IFC documentation, testing, and reporting requirements under applicable regulatory frameworks.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• CA / CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in internal audit, process audit, or IFC.
• Strong understanding of risk\-based auditing, internal controls, and control testing.
• Experience in preparing RCMs, audit working papers, and audit reports.
• Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other audit documentation tools.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to IFC testing under the Companies Act, 2013\.
• Experience in identifying control deficiencies and recommending process improvements.
• Prior experience in a consulting firm or professional services environment.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
