Internal Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns and online platforms.
• Identify potential customers, dealers, distributors and industrial clients.
• Handle inbound inquiries and understand customer requirements.
• Explain product specifications, features, pricing and applications to customers.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into orders.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, logistics and dispatch teams.
• Maintain customer databases, sales reports and follow\-up records.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Coordinate with the field sales team for customer visits and business opportunities.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation and sales skills.
• Knowledge of B2B sales and industrial products.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and product specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong follow\-up and customer\-handling skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close sales over calls and emails.

Qualification

• BE
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial products or B2B sales preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in selling industrial products, machinery, equipment, components or engineering products.
• Ability to understand technical product requirements.
• Target\-oriented and self\-motivated.
• Good coordination and relationship\-building abilities.

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹450,000\.00 per year
