We are looking for an energetic and target\-driven Internal Sales Executive to support our growing B2B sales
operations. The role involves handling inquiries, generating leads, making outbound calls, following up with
prospects, understanding client requirements, and converting opportunities into business.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with corporate clients, maintaining sales pipelines, and
actively working on B2B lead generation platforms.
● Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
● Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
● Manage inquiries received through IndiaMART, Justdial, website forms, referrals, and other lead
sources.
● Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for quotations and solutions.
● Conduct regular follow\-ups to move leads through the sales pipeline.
● Maintain accurate CRM and sales records.
● Coordinate with operations and design teams to ensure smooth project execution.
● Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
● Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
● Build long\-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
Must Have
● Excellent spoken and written English \& Hindi.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Confidence in handling phone\-based sales conversations.
● Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
● Good organizational and follow\-up skills.
● Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and basic business tools.
Preferred
● Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, procurement, corporate gifting, printing, branding,
or related industries.
● Hands\-on experience with IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, and similar B2B lead generation platforms.
● Experience handling lead qualification and inquiry management.
● Additional language proficiency is a plus.
● Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
● Relevant sales certifications are an advantage.
● Self\-motivated and proactive.
● Comfortable with calling and follow\-ups throughout the day.
● Strong learner with a customer\-first approach.
● Target\-oriented and results\-driven.
Sometimes field sales is required.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
