• **CTC:** Up to ₹4\.40 LPA
• **In\-Hand Salary:** Approximately ₹28,500 per month
• **Fixed Allowance:** ₹6,000 per month
• **Total Monthly Earnings:** Approximately ₹34,500 \+ Incentives
• **Shift:** Rotational Shifts
• **Transport:** Both\-Side Cab Facility
• **Job Location:** Gurgaon

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through blended support channels.
• Assist US\-based customers with product and service\-related concerns.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
