International Business Development Executive/Manager

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in regulated and semi\-regulated international pharmaceutical markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, importers, and strategic business partners.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the company's global presence.
• Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product registration, regulatory documentation, supply chain, and market development activities.
• Generate business leads, negotiate commercial terms, and convert potential opportunities into long\-term business relationships.
• Achieve international business growth, sales targets, and revenue objectives.
• Represent the company in international business meetings, client discussions, and trade exhibitions as required.

• *Requirements**

• 2–8 years of experience in International Business Development / Global Sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of international pharmaceutical markets and global regulatory guidelines.
• Experience working with regulated and semi\-regulated markets will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to travel internationally as per business requirements.
• Experience in API / Formulation / Pharmaceutical sectors will be an added advantage.

• *Educational Qualification**

Master's Degree in a relevant field.
