We are hiring experienced **International Collection Executives**. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with prior experience in **1st Party International Collections** who are looking to advance their career in a dynamic and performance\-driven environment.

• *Key Responsibilities:\-**

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to customers regarding overdue accounts.
• Manage **1st Party Collections** while maintaining a professional and customer\-centric approach.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding balances.
• Educate customers about payment options and account status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client guidelines during all customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer conversations and payment commitments.
• Meet or exceed individual and team productivity, quality, and collection targets.
• Build positive customer relationships while achieving business objectives.

• *Eligibility Criteria:\-**

• **Minimum Experience:** 8–12 months of experience in **International Voice Collections**.
• **Mandatory:** Experience in **1st Party Collections**.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast\-paced international voice process.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
