Job Description

Sembridge is hiring Customer Service Executives for the UHC (UnitedHealthcare) US Healthcare Voice Process. The role involves interacting with customers over calls and providing support regarding healthcare\-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with queries related to healthcare plans, benefits, claims, coverage, and other service\-related concerns.
• Provide accurate information and resolutions while maintaining quality standards.
• Document customer interactions and update records as required.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem\-solving skills.
• Adhere to process guidelines, compliance requirements, and company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in US shifts.
• Customer service orientation with good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Prior experience in BPO/Customer Service is preferred but not mandatory.
