We are looking for experienced **International Customer Support Executives** to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills and experience in an international voice process, we'd love to hear from you.

Salary

• Up to **₹37,000 CTC per month**

Eligibility

• Graduate (Mandatory)
• Minimum **1 year of experience** in an International Voice Process

Work Schedule

• Work From Office
• 5\-day work week
• Rotational shifts
• 2 rotational week\-offs

Interview Process

• Hallo AI Assessment (Minimum Score: **C1**)
• HR/Operations Interview

Key Requirements

• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
• Neutral English accent (No MTI)
• Strong customer handling and problem\-solving skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners are preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Meet quality and productivity targets
