Looking for a role that combines client interaction with backend operations? We are hiring an **International Customer Support \& Operations Associate** at our **Mohali** office. You will act as a vital link for our US\-based clients and caregivers, handling routine HR data management, service inquiries, and operational tasks via email, text, and calls.
*What You Will Do:**
**Blended Operations:** Handle backend administrative tasks (profile activations, separation notices, skills expiration tracking) while managing a dedicated group inbox.
**Client Interaction:** Proactively communicate with US caregivers and clients via texts, emails, and phone calls to resolve compliance and scheduling queries.
**Data Integrity:** Run daily, monthly, and quarterly audits across multiple spreadsheets to ensure 100% accuracy in customer records.
