Location: Kolkata (On\-site)

Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Saturday \& Sunday Fixed Off

Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and target\-driven professionals to join our team as an **International Outbound Sales Executive**. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in the US market and promoting website development, digital marketing, SEO, and other digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients in the US market.
• Identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Promote website development, SEO, digital marketing, and related digital services.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up on leads and drive conversions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in International Sales, Outbound Sales, Website Sales, or Digital Services Sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a target\-oriented environment.
• Self\-motivated, confident, and results\-driven.
