International Sales Executive – Australian Solar & Renewable Energy Campaign

EONEXUS SUPPORT PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring motivated and results\-driven **International Sales Executives** for our Australian renewable energy sales campaign.

We are looking for confident English\-speaking professionals who can communicate effectively with Australian customers, generate interest, negotiate pricing and close sales.

• Residential Solar Panel Systems
• Solar Battery Storage
• Heat Pump Hot Water Systems
• Energy\-Efficient Air Conditioning Systems

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Make outbound calls to potential Australian customers.
• Explain renewable energy products, benefits and available offers.
• Identify customer requirements and qualify potential buyers.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate within approved pricing guidelines.
• Convert interested prospects into confirmed sales.
• Collect required customer information, consent and documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates.
• Follow approved sales scripts, quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.

• *Candidate Requirements**

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in international BPO, outbound sales or telesales preferred.
• Experience with Australian, UK or US customers will be an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, objection\-handling and sales\-closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Experience in solar energy, renewable energy or home improvement sales is an added advantage.
