International Sales Executive

Role Overview Raseva is hiring two Call Center Executives to support our US customers. You will be the voice of the brand, handling inbound queries and making outbound calls that drive satisfaction, repeat purchases and sales. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound calls regarding US customer orders, product inquiries, shipping and complaints. • Conduct outbound calls for order confirmations, follow\-ups, repeat\-purchase reminders and sales. • Record call details and updates accurately in the CRM. • Maintain a professional, friendly tone while meeting call quality and sales targets. Must\-Have Requirements • Clear, neutral US accent with excellent spoken English. • Comfortable working US hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST / approx. 7:30 PM–4:30 AM IST), Monday to Friday. • 1–2 years of experience in a US voice process, or a fresher with strong communication skills. • Good typing speed and basic CRM/computer proficiency. • Calm and patient demeanor with objection\-handling and complaint\-resolution skills. Good to Have • Prior experience in US e\-commerce, D2C, or health and wellness processes. • Sales or upselling experience.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
