We are looking for an experienced and motivated **International Sales Executive** to join our team and connect with businesses across the United States through outbound cold calling. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven U.S. market calling experience who wants to grow their career in international sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to businesses across the United States to introduce our digital services.
• Identify potential clients who need website design, website development, mobile app development, SEO, social media marketing, and other digital solutions.
• Generate qualified leads by understanding prospects’ business needs and identifying potential sales opportunities.
• Communicate professionally and confidently with U.S. business owners, decision\-makers, and managers.
• Build rapport with prospects, explain our services, and schedule follow\-up calls or meetings where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow\-ups, and prospect interactions in the company’s CRM or lead management system.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further discussions and conversion.
• As you gain experience with our services and sales process, take on greater responsibility for closing deals and generating revenue.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in international sales, outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or business development.
• Proven experience calling U.S. customers or businesses is required.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and professional communication style.
• Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and objection\-handling skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with U.S. business owners and decision\-makers.
• Experience in selling web design, web development, SEO, digital marketing, software, or IT services will be preferred.
• Comfortable working the night shift according to U.S. business hours.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and committed to consistent lead generation and follow\-ups.

Salary and Incentives

• **Fixed Salary:** ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
• **Sales Incentives:** An attractive incentive plan with earning potential based on successful sales.
• **Training:** Comprehensive training on our services, sales process, and lead qualification methods.

• *Important:** Initially, your primary responsibility will be generating qualified leads through outbound cold calling. During this initial lead generation phase, sales incentives will not apply. Once you transition into closing sales and successfully start converting prospects into paying clients, you will become eligible for sales incentives under the company’s incentive plan.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Saturday (Only 1st and 3rd Sat are working), as per the assigned schedule.
• Working hours: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM Indian Standard Time (IST).
• Night\-shift availability is mandatory.
