• *Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month \+ Performance Incentives

• *What You’ll Be Doing:**

• Handle **inbound and outbound** calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Deliver timely and effective solutions to customer queries or concerns.
• Accurately update customer interactions in our **CRM system**.
• Meet daily performance goals and support team success.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and international service standards.

• *What We’re Looking For**

• Fluent English with a neutral or global accent
• Strong communication and problem\-solving skills
• Comfortable with night shifts and working from the office
• Experience in international BPO/KPO and other relevant voice process is preferred
• Freshers with excellent English skills are also encouraged to apply
