We are looking for experienced and customer\-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process / International Calling
- Qualification: 10\+2 / Diploma (10\+3\) / Graduate / Post Graduate
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in Night Shifts (US Timings)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Provide support for customer inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately process customer information and transactions.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail while handling sensitive information.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Meet productivity and quality standards consistently.
