Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls and chat.

Understand customer needs and deliver accurate technical and sales solutions.

Drive sales through consultative conversations, upselling, and cross\-selling.

Achieve performance targets (CSAT, Sales, Productivity, Quality, etc.).

Maintain professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.
