• *About the Role**

Turnaround International is hiring **Process Associates** to join our US Process team. The role involves handling client interactions, supporting business processes, maintaining accurate information, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations

.**Key Responsibilities**

• Handle **Inbound and Outbound Calls** with clients/customers.
• Work on **Medical Billing, Insurance, Legal, Ancillary, and RCM processes**.
• Understand and resolve client/customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, products, and process\-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records, update systems, and prepare required reports.
• Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain productivity targets.
• Coordinate with internal and cross\-functional teams to resolve process\-related issues.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in day\-to\-day operations.
• Contribute to smooth project and process management.

• *Candidate Profile**

• **Experience:** 0–5 years.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in **US Healthcare, Medical Billing, Insurance, Legal, Ancillary, RCM, or KPO/BPO processes** will be an advantage.
• Good **verbal and written communication skills**.
• Comfortable working in a **US Night Shift**.
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing/data\-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• *Shift Timing:** 7:45 PM – 5:15 AM
• *Shift:** US Night Shift
• *Week Off:** Saturday \& Sunday – Fixed
• *Work Mode:** Work from Office
• *Transportation:** Self\-travel – **Company transportation is not provided**
