International Voice Support

We are looking for enthusiastic and target\-oriented candidates for the position of International Voice Process Executive. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, with a primary focus on sales, customer engagement, and achieving daily sales targets.Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a target\-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
• Promote and sell products or services to potential customers.
• Achieve daily sales targets of approximately 2–3 successful sales per day.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
• Follow the company's sales process, scripts, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records and follow up when required.
• Work towards individual performance targets and contribute to team goals.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹32,000\.00 per month
