Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Respond to online inquiries (website, WhatsApp, social media, email)
- Explain internet/broadband plans and offers to customers
- Convert digital leads into sales
- Maintain customer database and follow\-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with installation and technical teams
Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Target\-oriented mindset
- Good follow\-up skills
- Basic understanding of internet/broadband services
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
