Internship- Content Writer

• *Job Summary**

Filo is looking for a creative, detail\-oriented, and research\-driven Content Writing Intern to create engaging, informative, and SEO\-friendly content for its website. The intern will focus on college news, higher education updates, exam notifications, admission announcements, and student\-focused educational content. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands\-on experience in digital publishing, content writing, SEO, and education\-focused journalism.

• *What you'll do**

• Research, write, edit, and publish college news articles, educational features, and student\-focused content on the Filo website.
• Create engaging, accurate, and SEO\-friendly content tailored to college students and higher education audiences.
• Draft editorial articles, blog posts, and website copy while maintaining consistent tone, quality, and editorial standards.
• Track and report the latest college and education updates, including exam notifications, results, admit cards, date sheets, cutoffs, and admission announcements.
• Proofread and fact\-check content to ensure accuracy, clarity, originality, and grammatical correctness.
• Optimize content for search engines using relevant keywords, headings, meta titles, and meta descriptions.
• Collaborate with the SEO, product, and marketing teams to improve content visibility, user engagement, and organic traffic.
• Regularly review and update existing articles to ensure accuracy, relevance, and freshness.
• Meet content publishing deadlines while maintaining high editorial standards.

• *What we're looking for**

• Strong written communication and English language skills.
• Excellent research, proofreading, and editing abilities.
• Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Ability to write clear, engaging, and well\-structured content for online audiences.
• Familiarity with college admissions, competitive exams, and higher education updates will be a plus.
• Attention to detail and the ability to verify information using reliable sources.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate with cross\-functional teams.
• Prior experience in content writing, blogging, journalism, or digital publishing is a plus.
