Internship HR Intern

• Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate database and HR records
• Support onboarding and joining formalities
• Assist in employee engagement activities
• Coordinate with team members for HR operations
• Handle basic documentation and follow\-ups

• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of HR/recruitment
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Good coordination and organizational skills
• MS Excel / MS Office knowledge is a plus
