• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Intune Support Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), Endpoint Security, Device Management, and Enterprise Endpoint Administration. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience managing large\-scale enterprise environments and supporting Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Administer and manage Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM).
• Configure and manage Windows Autopilot for device enrollment, provisioning, and lifecycle management.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and Compliance Policies.
• Create and maintain Configuration Profiles, Security Policies, and Compliance Policies.
• Deploy and manage applications using Intune, including Win32 App Packaging.
• Administer Endpoint Security controls including Microsoft Defender and BitLocker.
• Manage Patch Management, Windows Update Rings, and OS Upgrade Deployments.
• Configure and maintain Role\-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and troubleshooting.
• Work with Microsoft Graph API for administration and automation tasks.
• Manage Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android Enterprise devices.
• Monitor compliance reports and remediate endpoint issues.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint management and device compliance issues.
• Support enterprise users and collaborate with cross\-functional teams.

• *Mandatory Requirements**

• 10\+ years of IT Infrastructure / Endpoint Management experience.
• Immediate Joiners or candidates with 10–15 days notice period preferred.
• Minimum 2 years job stability in an organization.
• Comfortable with Hybrid work mode.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts, on\-call support, and weekend support when required.
• Available for Face\-to\-Face Interview.
• Excellent communication skills (Mandatory).
