• *Education \& Qualifications**

• **Bachelor’s degree** in **Supply Chain Management**, **Logistics**, **Business Administration**, or related field.
• Diploma or certification in **inventory control**, **warehouse management**, or **ERP systems** (preferred but not always required).
• Advanced certifications (optional but valuable):
• **APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management)**
• **CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional)**

• *Experience**

• **2–5 years** of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics.
• Familiarity with **stock control systems**, inventory software (e.g., **SAP**, **Oracle**, **NetSuite**, **Tally**, **Zoho Inventory**).
• Experience working with **supply chain** or **production departments**.

• *Key Skills**

• Excellent knowledge of **inventory procedures** and **stock\-taking methods**.
• Proficient in **Microsoft Excel** and other spreadsheet/data analysis tools.
• Strong **data entry**, **analytical**, and **problem\-solving** skills.
• Ability to identify and reconcile **inventory discrepancies**.
• Familiarity with **barcoding systems**, **RFID**, and **warehouse technology**.
• **ERP and WMS** (Warehouse Management System) proficiency.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Monitor and maintain accurate **stock levels** across all locations.
• Perform regular **stock audits**, cycle counts, and reconcile variances.
• Create and manage **inventory reports**, tracking KPIs like turnover rate, shrinkage, and aging stock.
• Coordinate with **purchasing**, **warehouse**, and **finance** teams.
• Ensure inventory is stored and rotated according to **FIFO/LIFO** standards.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments to match inventory records.

Pay: ₹8,594\.95 \- ₹46,676\.00 per month
