Investment Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and quick\-learning finance professional to support our US team with hotel acquisitions, investor relations, and asset management activities.

• *Role: Investment Analyst**

• *Experience:** 1–1\.5 Years

• *Salary:** 10\.5 \- 11\.5 LPA

• *Team:** US client support (WFH available)

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Analyse financial statements and hotel investment opportunities.
• Assist with financial modelling, projections, and investment return analysis.
• Prepare investor reports, management reports, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and hotel performance analysis.
• Analyse financial data and prepare reports using Excel.

• *Required Skills**

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–1\.5 years of relevant experience is must
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
