Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong **iOS Tech Lead** with 8\+ years of experience in iOS application development and proven team\-handling capabilities. The ideal candidate will take end\-to\-end ownership of iOS development, lead the technical team, interact directly with clients, and ensure timely delivery of high\-quality mobile applications.

The candidate should be proactive, independent, and capable of driving technical decisions, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining clear communication between the development team and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of iOS applications.
• Take end\-to\-end ownership of iOS development activities and technical deliverables.
• Manage, mentor, and guide the iOS development team.
• Participate in technical discussions and make appropriate architectural and implementation decisions.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and resolve technical concerns.
• Coordinate with cross\-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan development activities, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
• Identify technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain code quality, application performance, security, and development best practices.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work independently, take initiative, and drive tasks forward without constant supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8\+ years of experience in iOS application development.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role with **mandatory team\-handling experience**.
• Strong hands\-on experience with iOS development and the ability to own deliverables end to end.
• Strong problem\-solving, analytical, and decision\-making skills.
• Excellent client\-facing and stakeholder\-management experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
• Good planning, organizational, and time\-management skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver within agreed timelines.

Contract and Work Details

• Contract Duration: 6 months.
• Work Location: Pune, hybrid work model.
• Working Days: Monday to Friday.
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.
• Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday.
• Attendance and Timesheet: Day\-wise attendance tracking.
• Background Verification: Mandatory.
