Work Model: You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.

Regal Rexnord seeks an experienced Sales Account Manager based at Kolkata. He will be responsible for Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, North\-East states and Bangladesh region sales.
Developing and growing a sale within region
Exploring new market opportunities by scanning different segments, industries etc. Keeping track on market trends and provide monthly updates to stakeholders.
Supporting and enhance business development and expansion activities by proactive support and strategy.
Monitoring and control data base on industry specific customer and develop methodologies for Lead generation, tracking and follow\-on till the leads.
Ensuring appropriate monthly reporting and entire regional sales activities management Partnering with other stakeholders to develop targets, cultivate relationships as appropriate and help drive the market growth
Ensuring accounts receivables targets are achieved by appropriate payment receivable practices **.**
Requires BE and 10\-12 years of experience in Sales / Marketing of Industrial components to OEM \& After market in East Region customer with all primary industries.
Knowledge in handling OEM / Aftermarket of Power, Oil \& Gas, Fertilizer, Cement and steel industry will be added advantage.
Achieve sales targets, growth targets and Account receivable targets for region
Reviews changes to the marketplace and industry and adjusts sales plan accordingly.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Experience with Brand, Content, and Strategic Sales programs.
Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives. Able to compile and analyse performance data to develop metrics that support decision\-making for resource allocation and subsequent sales.
Maintains up\-to\-date knowledge in respective industry Implement sales plan with assistance of stakeholders. Manage regional budget for all staffing, resources etc.
Exposure to deal with Government power, Oil \& Gas, Fertiliser, Steel and EPC contractors.
Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders in MNC Willingness and ability to travel 15 to 18 days in a month.
Incumbent will be appointed on the payrolls of Euroflex Transmissions India Private Limited.
