- *Job Summary**
YESTE Migration \& Education Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and technically skilled **IT Administrator** to oversee the company's IT infrastructure, provide end\-user support, maintain system security, and ensure uninterrupted technology operations across all departments.
The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing hardware, software, networks, cloud platforms, user accounts, cybersecurity, backups, and business applications including Zoho products. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to support a fast\-paced service organization.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- *IT Infrastructure Management**
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
- Ensure optimal performance of all office hardware and software.
- Monitor system health and proactively resolve technical issues.
- Maintain asset inventory and IT documentation.
- Plan and recommend hardware upgrades and replacements.
- *Network Administration**
- Manage LAN, Wi\-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
- Monitor network performance and security.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and bandwidth issues.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for issue resolution.
- Ensure uninterrupted network availability.
- *User Support (Helpdesk)**
- Provide first\-level and second\-level technical support to employees.
- Resolve hardware, software, printer, email, and connectivity issues.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective.
- Install and configure software applications.
- Maintain service logs and incident records.
- Ensure timely resolution of user\-reported issues.
- *Zoho Administration**
- Manage user accounts and permissions across Zoho applications.
- Support Zoho People, Zoho CRM, Zoho Mail, Zoho Sign, Zoho WorkDrive, and other Zoho applications used by the organization.
- Troubleshoot user access issues.
- Coordinate with Zoho support for technical escalations.
- Assist departments with system setup and optimization.
- *Microsoft 365 \& Email Administration**
- Manage Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace user accounts.
- Configure Outlook and email clients.
- Create and deactivate user accounts.
- Manage email groups and distribution lists.
- Troubleshoot email delivery and synchronization issues.
- *Information Security**
- Implement IT security policies and best practices.
- Ensure endpoint protection and antivirus updates.
- Monitor unauthorized access attempts.
- Manage password policies and user permissions.
- Ensure regular software updates and security patches.
- Promote cybersecurity awareness among employees.
- *Data Backup \& Recovery**
- Perform regular system and data backups.
- Monitor backup success and recovery readiness.
- Maintain disaster recovery procedures.
- Ensure secure storage of backup data.
- *Software \& License Management**
- Install and update licensed software.
- Maintain software inventory and licensing records.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements.
- Recommend software improvements to enhance productivity.
- *Vendor \& Asset Management**
- Coordinate with hardware and software vendors.
- Obtain quotations for IT purchases.
- Manage warranty and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) records.
- Track IT assets assigned to employees.
- Maintain inventory of IT consumables and accessories.
- *Documentation**
- Maintain IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Document system configurations and network layouts.
- Maintain IT asset registers.
- Record troubleshooting procedures for recurring issues.
- Prepare monthly IT status and incident reports.
- *Support for Business Operations**
- Ensure meeting rooms, presentation equipment, and conferencing systems are functional.
- Support recruitment, training, and company events with IT requirements.
- Assist with website and domain\-related coordination where required.
- Provide technical support for online meetings and webinars.
- *Required Skills**
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, TCP/IP).
- Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration.
- Zoho Workplace and Zoho One administration (preferred).
- Basic server and cloud administration.
- Antivirus and endpoint security management.
- Backup and recovery solutions.
- Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple technical issues.

- *Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, Microsoft Certified, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- *Experience**
- **2–5 years** of experience in IT Administration, System Administration, or Technical Support.
- Experience supporting multiple users in a corporate environment.
- Experience with Zoho applications and cloud\-based business tools is highly desirable.
