IT Administrator ( Hardware, Software , Server Management Engineer )

• *Responsibilities:**

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Monitor system and network performance to ensure availability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user access controls.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network issues.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Support cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

• *Servers \& Infrastructure**

• Rack\-mounted servers (Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, Lenovo ThinkSystem)
• Server installation and maintenance
• RAID configuration and storage management
• UPS and power management systems
• Data center operations

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper\-V.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and firewall management.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, RHCSA, AWS, or Azure are advantageous.
