IT Application Support Engineer - Hospitals

Key Responsibilities

• IT Project Planning \& Execution
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Healthcare Operations Alignment
• Coordinate with clinical, administrative, to ensure smooth workflow integration.
• Support digitization of new and existing software such as HIMS/EMR, CRM, patient portals, and mobile applications.
• Stakeholder Management
• Act as a primary point of contact between management, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Facilitate regular project review meetings, status updates, and escalation management.
• Gather requirements from doctors, nurses, operations, and finance to align IT solutions.
• Process Improvement
• Identify gaps in existing healthcare workflows and recommend process optimizations.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.
• Well\-documented workflows and governance of program deliverables.

• *Job Requirements: (Must Have Skills)**

• **Should have experience of working with Hospitals**
• **Very good communication skills in English , Hindi or Telugu**
• **Must have good vendor management skills and good negotiation skills with vendors**
• **Must have good presentation and documentation skills**
• **Good experience in collaboration with cross functional teams to plan, implement and monitor.**
• **Candidates should be open to work from office only with 6 days working.**
• **Must have good team management skills**

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹1,600,000\.00 per year
