About the Role

An India\-based operations team supporting a U.S. freight brokerage business is seeking a skilled IT \& Automation Engineer to independently manage CRM development, AI integrations, business automation, server administration, and office IT support.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Development \& AI Automation

\- Develop, customize, and maintain internal CRM applications, including Twenty CRM.

\- Build lead management, attendance tracking, reporting, and automated workflows.

\- Integrate ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI APIs.

\- Develop Python scripts, REST APIs, and third\-party integrations.

\- Identify and automate repetitive business processes.

IT Support \& Administration

\- Create employee accounts, configure desktops, and manage Google Workspace.

\- Troubleshoot Windows, VPN, remote desktop, network, and software issues.

\- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and access management.

\- Provide remote and on\-site technical assistance.

Servers, Databases \& Integrations

\- Maintain Linux VPS servers, Docker applications, and PostgreSQL databases.

\- Manage backups, monitoring, security, and application deployments.

\- Integrate Google Sheets, attendance devices, and business software.

\- Develop dashboards and automated reporting tools.

\- Maintain technical documentation.

Required Technical Skills

\- Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React

\- REST APIs, webhooks, and integrations

\- Linux, Docker, PostgreSQL, and VPS management

\- AI APIs and AI\-assisted development

\- Windows administration and office IT troubleshooting

\- Google Workspace and basic networking

\- Git/GitHub and debugging skills

Experience with Twenty CRM, n8n, Zapier, Make, Power BI, and biometric attendance systems is an advantage.

Work Arrangement

\- First 30 Days: Mandatory full\-time office attendance for training and understanding operations.

\- After 30 Days: Work from home permitted, subject to performance and operational requirements.

\- Office Visits: Must be available to attend the office whenever technical issues require physical support.

\- Equipment: Desktop computer provided for work.

\- Schedule: Full\-time with occasional coordination with U.S. operations.
