Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide day\-to\-day technical support for computer systems, networks, and users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing laptops and desktops, supporting email systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
· Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and resolve issues promptly
· Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment
· Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook / Microsoft 365 email\-related issues
· Handle network and Wi\-Fi troubleshooting (LAN, routers, switches, connectivity issues)
· Diagnose and resolve system performance and access issues
· Support new employee onboarding, system setup, and user access
· Maintain and track IT assets
· Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, internet, and software support
· Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and user queries
· Follow IT policies and ensure data security and system compliance
Required Skills
· Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, email, and network issues
· Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook
· Basic understanding of networking (IP, LAN, Wi\-Fi)
· Hands\-on experience in desktop and laptop support
· Good communication and problem\-solving abilities
