IT Desktop Support Engineer

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, email IDs, and domain access using Active Directory.
• Provide technical support to end\-users through remote and on\-site assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network\-related issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets, incidents, and service requests.
• Monitor system performance to ensure availability, stability, and reliability.
• Install, configure, and update software, security patches, and system upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, maintenance, and technical support.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories, technical documentation, and support records.
• Support network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi\-Fi, and VPN connectivity.
• Ensure data security, regular backups, and compliance with organizational IT policies.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve IT processes, system efficiency, and overall user experience.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
