​**About the Role**

​We are looking for a passionate, innovative, and tech\-savvy **IT Developer** to join our growing engineering team. If you love writing clean code, solving complex technical challenges, and building scalable applications that impact real users, this is the place for you.

​You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and senior engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy robust software solutions.

​**Key Responsibilities**

• ​**Software Development:** Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across the application stack.
• ​**Feature Implementation:** Translate business requirements and wireframes into high\-performing, user\-friendly software features.
• ​**API \& Database Integration:** Develop and maintain RESTful APIs/microservices and manage secure database operations.
• ​**Code Quality \& Testing:** Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot bugs, and optimize application performance and scalability.
• ​**Collaboration \& Agile Workflow:** Participate in daily stand\-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• ​**Continuous Learning:** Stay up\-to\-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

​**Required Qualifications \& Technical Skills**

• ​**Experience:** **1 to 5 years** of professional software development experience.
• ​**Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• ​**Core Technical Stack (Customize as needed):**
• ​**Languages:** JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, Java, C\#, or Go.
• ​**Frontend:** React.js, Angular, or Vue.js (if applying for Frontend/Full\-Stack).
• ​**Backend:** Node.js, Express, Spring Boot, Django, or .NET Core (if applying for Backend/Full\-Stack).
• ​**Databases:** Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Non\-Relational (MongoDB, Redis).
• ​**Tools \& DevOps:** Git/GitHub, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• ​**Soft Skills:** Strong analytical mindset, proactive problem\-solving abilities, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
