IT Director, Enterprise Integration and Architecture

Smith+Nephew seeks an experienced IT Director to lead the global strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise AI and integration solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping the technological foundation that supports our mission to remove limits from living. You will direct the development and execution of enterprise AI and integration strategy, encompassing AI Sandbox and advanced analytics. Responsibilities include driving end-to-end architecture and design across key enterprise platforms such as AWS, Azure, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP S/4HANA, and Snowflake. You will provide architectural leadership for AI models, data pipelines, and system integrations, while also overseeing data migration strategies to ensure robust and scalable enterprise solutions.
