Responsibilities

Join Keysight’s PLM DevOps team supporting our global engineering community using Siemens Teamcenter and NX. This role focuses on development, configuration, and user support, contributing to stable and scalable PLM operations while improving user productivity.

• *Key Responsibilities**### **Teamcenter Development \& Configuration**

• Perform Teamcenter server and client customizations using standard frameworks (BMIDE, ITK, SOA).
• Develop and support custom handlers, extensions, scripts, and integrations.
• Configure Active Workspace and support enhancements based on business needs.
• Manage workflows, ACLs, classifications, and revision rules in Teamcenter.
• Support integration with NX and other enterprise systems.

### **User Support \& Operations**

• Provide L2 support for Teamcenter/NX users, troubleshooting system and data\-related issues.
• Resolve common issues such as login/connectivity, object locking, and NX‑Teamcenter integration.
• Work with global teams (APAC/EU/US) to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Siemens/vendor support for product\-related issues.

### **Collaboration \& Continuous Improvement**

• Work closely with engineering users to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Participate in testing, validation, and documentation of enhancements.
• Contribute to system improvements, automation, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

### **Must Have**

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• **Minimum 2 years of hands\-on experience with Teamcenter** development/configuration.
• Working knowledge of:

+ BMIDE, ITK, SOA (basic to intermediate level)

+ Active Workspace configuration

+ Teamcenter workflows, ACLs, and data model concepts

• Basic programming/scripting exposure (C\+\+, Java, or similar).
• Strong problem\-solving skills with ability to support users independently.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a global team environment.

### **Good to Have**

• Exposure to NX–Teamcenter integration.
• Basic understanding of Linux/Windows environments and application servers.
• Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket and JIRA.
• Knowledge of PLM concepts and engineering data management.
• Awareness of other PLM systems (e.g., 3DExperience, Oracle PLM Fusion Cloud) is a plus.
