• *About the Role**

RSB Healthcare is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to support and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, network security, user access management and IT systems.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, network connectivity and security\-related issues.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain VPN, firewalls and secure network access wherever applicable.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, email, licenses and access permissions.
• Support Single Sign\-On (SSO) implementation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Manage AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), including users, roles, policies and permissions where applicable.
• Install, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV systems and related surveillance infrastructure as required.
• Maintain user access controls, system configurations, IT asset records and technical documentation.
• Follow IT security best practices and help protect company systems and confidential data.
• Provide technical support to employees and coordinate with vendors or service providers for issue resolution.

• *Required Technical Skills**

• **VPN \& Firewall:** VPN configuration, firewall management, network security and troubleshooting.
• **Microsoft 365 Suite:** Microsoft 365 administration, user and license management, Exchange Online and related services.
• **SSO (Single Sign\-On):** SSO configuration, authentication troubleshooting and identity access management.
• **AWS IAM:** AWS users, roles, policies, permissions and access control management.
• **CCTV Systems:** CCTV installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant IT experience preferred.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and support evolving IT requirements.
