IT Executive

Arena Animation is looking for an IT Executive with 0-3 years of experience for its Southex, Delhi location. The role involves installing and configuring new hardware, including motherboard connections. You will diagnose and troubleshoot computer problems, conduct regular maintenance and software updates, and resolve network, connectivity, and server issues. Providing hands-on technical support to users, identifying and fixing errors, performing system tests, managing upgrades, and conducting data backups are key tasks. Additionally, you will install and upgrade anti-virus software and other applications to ensure system security and usability.
