Job Description
Key Responsibilities
\- Provide desktop, laptop, and printer support to end users.
\- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software.
\- Resolve hardware, software, network, and email\-related issues.
\- Set up and maintain user accounts, systems, and peripherals.
\- Monitor and maintain IT assets and ensure system security.
\- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
\- Provide timely technical support to employees and maintain issue logs.
Requirements
\- 1–3 years of experience in Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk (BPO experience preferred).
\- Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
\- Familiarity with Active Directory, Outlook, and basic LAN/WAN concepts is an advantage.
\- Strong problem\-solving and communication skills.
\- Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
