IT Executive

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Executive Intern to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting. This internship offers hands\-on experience in providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and assisting employees with day\-to\-day IT\-related issues.

• *Key Responsibilities :**

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
• Assist in setting up laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support email configuration and user account management.
• Help maintain network connectivity and resolve basic networking issues.
• Maintain records of IT assets and inventory.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective.
• Ensure systems are updated with the latest software and security patches.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members.

• *Required Skills**

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of computer hardware and networking fundamentals.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.

• *Eligibility**

• Pursuing or completed B.Tech/B.E. (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, or Diploma in Computer Engineering.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP.
• Familiarity with printer installation and configuration.
• Exposure to Active Directory or Office 365 is an added advantage.
