IT Executive / IT Manager

• *Job Description:**

We are looking for a skilled and responsible IT Executive/IT Manager to manage IT operations, maintain computer systems and networks, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

· **IT Infrastructure Management:** Maintain computers, servers, printers, Wi\-Fi, LAN, projectors, interactive panels, biometric systems, and other IT equipment.

· **Daily IT Operations:** Monitor system and network performance, manage server backups, maintain network racks, and ensure the smooth functioning of IT facilities.

· **User Support \& Troubleshooting:** Resolve hardware, software, email, printing, connectivity, and general technical issues for teaching and non\-teaching staff.

· **Classroom \& AV Support:** Arrange projectors, laptops, speakers, microphones, and announcement systems for classrooms, assemblies, meetings, and school events.

· **Network \& Data Security:** Maintain antivirus protection, secure network access, manage email passwords and groups, and ensure data backups and confidentiality.

· **ERP \& Software Support:** Provide first\-level support for ERP, LMS, attendance systems, software installation, user accounts, and related digital platforms.

· **Vendor \& Procurement Management:** Coordinate with vendors for quotations, repairs, AMC services, upgrades, and IT equipment procurement.

· **Asset \& Inventory Management:** Maintain IT asset registers, monitor equipment, and coordinate ID card requirements and related services.

· **Training \& Technical Coordination:** Train teachers on interactive panels and other educational technologies, and coordinate technical support for digital learning tools.

· **Digital Compliance \& Data Management:** Support secure digital records, data privacy, backups, DRM certification, and digital processes in coordination with school departments.

• *Key Objective:** To ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations, minimise technical disruptions, and provide seamless technology support for teaching, administration, and school activities.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT/Computer Science.
• Relevant experience in IT support or IT management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem\-solving skills.

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
