IT Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **IT Executive** to support and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking, and communication systems. • *Qualification:** Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, and network\-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in managing servers, networks, and IT systems.
• Set up systems, user accounts, and email access for new employees.
• Monitor internet connectivity and troubleshoot network issues.
• Support and maintain CCTV and communication systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance and service requirements.
• Install and update software applications and security patches.
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
• Ensure timely resolution of employee IT support requests.

• *Requirements:**

• 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or System Administration.
• Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, email configuration, and printer management.
• Understanding of CCTV systems and basic server management will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
