Key Responsibilities

Provide first\-level technical support for laboratory hardware and software.

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

Support the implementation and maintenance of the Laboratory Information System (LIS).

Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network\-related issues.

Coordinate with vendors for system maintenance and issue resolution when required.

Ensure proper data backup and maintain system security as per organizational policies.

Monitor system performance and report technical issues promptly.

Maintain IT asset records and documentation.

Assist users with login, password resets, and application\-related queries.

Ensure minimal downtime of laboratory systems and equipment.

Follow IT policies, data privacy, and information security guidelines.

Perform other IT\-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Location : Nashik

6days working \- 9hrs duty

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹38,000\.00 per month
