Responsbilities
### **About the Role**
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage day\-to\-day IT operations, provide technical support, and ensure the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network systems across the organization.
### **Key Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network\-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, phones, and software applications
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT\-related queries
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
- Record and document technical issues, resolutions, and system updates
- Maintain IT asset inventories and equipment records
- Assist in system upgrades, software installations, and security updates
- Support network troubleshooting and connectivity issues
- Ensure regular backups and system maintenance activities
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software requirements when needed
### **Required Skills**
- Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with network protocols and hardware components
- Understanding of software installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Ability to document technical processes and maintain accurate records
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
### **Qualification**
- B.Tech/BCA/MCA/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Technical Support preferred
