Job Description

• *Location:** Gurugram, Haryana
• *Qualification:** B.Tech / B.E. in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• *Experience:** 0–2 Years

Job Responsibilities

• Provide day\-to\-day IT support to employees for hardware, software, and network\-related issues.
• Support SAP Business One and ERP applications, including basic troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN, Wi\-Fi, email, and system\-related issues.
• Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for technical support and issue resolution.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory records, software licenses, and system documentation.
• Assist in system backups, data security, antivirus updates, and access management.
• Support ERP reports, user accounts, and routine IT operations.
• Ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure across the office and warehouse.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Basic working knowledge of SAP Business One or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, LAN, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication, problem\-solving, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

B.Tech / B.E. graduate in IT or Computer Science with hands\-on experience in IT support, hardware, software, networking, and SAP/ERP support.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
